Main Street Gainesville and the Hall County Historical Society, Inc. present Christmas on Green Street on Sunday, December 8, 2019 from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This magical event will begin with a parade of antique cars, holiday floats, marching bands, and community groups starting at the Gainesville Civic Center and continuing all the way down Green Street. Following the parade, Green Street will remain closed while people visit the historic homes and enjoy 20 different musical groups performing on front porches, strolling magicians, face painters, balloon artists, storyteller, jugglers, Santa Claus, miniature train rides, carriage rides, and food trucks.
The night will end with the traditional lighting of the Rotary Tree at 7 p.m. at the intersection of Green Street and West Academy Street.

Interested food vendors, email mainstreet@gainesville.org and include the following:
-Picture of setup
-Copy of menu and prices
-Copy of your business license
-Copy of your most recent health department inspection
No power will be provided
No alcohol vending will be permitted.
No non-food vendors are permitted.
