This Memorial Day, we remember those who served, those who fought for our freedoms. I recently did a family history search and found that members of my family have fought in every war! 🇺🇸 My paternal grandfather Melvin Douglas Barton, my father Calvin Jerome Barton Sr and uncles also served in all branches -Army, Navy, Air Force and Marines. In honor of their service along with soldiers past and present, I have written a song that is called RED, WHITE AND BLUE, by Empress Misha available on all platforms!
The song addresses the disparities in our country in relation to the care and consideration of our veterans and their families. We pray for better health, better jobs and better housing for our heroes.
