If I could describe Treetop Quest Gwinnett, I would use all the above words. This local attraction is only five minutes away from the Mall of Georgia in Buford. It has something for everyone starting at 4 years of age with 8 courses to pick from based on difficulty. Zip lining with my family was a blast and I truly underestimated what Treetop had to offer.
First off, this was quite an adventure for my family and me because we had never zip lined. The staff was very helpful and we were given as much time to practice zip-lining until we were ready. They geared us up in a harness and gave us gloves for grip. Levels 1-2 were mostly challenging courses where strength and coordination were required. It was hard, but also very fun. It recommended that you start in these levels first to engage your muscles and warm you up to a few zip lining tracks in between.
We got very comfortable with the first two levels and we were ready to go to course three. I underestimated the part where Treetop Quest had zip lining. Course three was zip-lining all the way. We absolutely had a great time catching wind from tree to tree. My kids want to go back again and I don't blame them. I would also like to come back and try my hand at Levels 4 & 5.
Something to also point out is that a session is for 2.5 hours. That's more than enough time to explore and get your workout on. None of the courses had any waits and I think it may have to do with the amount of people limited per session. It's a win-win. We loved it and we will be coming back again.
