KidsPark Buford, near the Mall of Georgia, is the ultimate child care facility. What makes KidsPark different from any other is that they not only offer preschool, after school care, holiday break camps, birthday parties but they also offer hourly child care services every day of the week! Let me not fail to mention that they are open until 12:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays. Yes, my friends you can actually go out again, see a movie, grab a bite to eat and have actual adult time!
We went to view the facility and to speak with the director and owner Dr. Terrie Lockhart today. I was very impressed. The facility thrives on organization, cleanliness is impeccable, and the teacher to student ratio is low. The walls are painted with eye-catching colors and the overall atmosphere was the most pleasant of any child care facility that I have personally ever been in.

Dr. Terrie received her B.S in Biology from Alcorn State University, Masters from Mercer University and Doctrines from Argosy University. She has taught at several counties in the Atlanta area and has served as Science Olypaid Coach and Science Fair Coordinator with Dekalb County School. Her love of education and science brought her to KidsPark, a place where she envisions learning of various sciences and educational STEAM activities where children are career driven.

KidsPark accepts kids' ages 2-11 years old.
Preschool
You pick your schedule with what works best for you and your child. Weekly lessons are repeated throughout the week in different ways. Each child is exposed to the same material even if they don't attend the same days. If you go on vacation, you don't have to worry about paying for the time they are not there. And best of all, they have a low student to teacher ratio of 5:1.
School-aged
Kids can come here after school, get help with homework, interact with peers and do some art, play a game of which all are aged appropriate.
Hourly Drop-in
One of the best accommodations that they have is the hourly drop-in. What a great arrangement for a date night, girl's night out or a quick shopping trip. With all that is in and around Mall of Georgia, you are sure to get great use out of this service!
Parties
On Sundays during the hours of 10:30 AM and 8:30 PM you can reserved the space for a 2-hour long party. A personal hostess will help plan, coordinate and help clean up. Art projects, face painting, games, favors, plates, utensils and a gift for the birthday child is included. Arrangements for food can be made at an extra cost. You can have the entire place for your party for $250 for up to 12 children ($50/child after 12)
