While at the Spring Green Festival that was held a few weeks I ago, I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful local children's book author. Does your child fear the dark? Have a bullying issue, or feels lonely? Then this book will be a great resource for you and your child. Magnificent Sprinkles will allow your child to feel comfortable to speak about their feelings with you. In the book, these special sprinkles are the last of the rain drops that fall from the sky. As they make their way down, they get kissed from the rainbow which is when they change into the Magnificent Sprinkles.
Sprinkles loved to spin. In fact, the more they spin they become more powerful! Only their special person will feel their power, because they were made just for them!
My son loved hearing this story and it kept him engaged throughout. We only have the book, but you can also purchase the Sprinkles to help your child when needed.
I recommend this book. Again, it is a great resource in aiding your child to speak about their feelings and to make them feel comfortable. I would have loved to have this book when my son started to visit his grandparents up North a few years ago. It's great for home, if your a teacher, or psychologist.
