I received tickets to facilitate a review, as always, my opinions are my own.

We had a BLAST at Stone Mountain Christmas the other night! It's one of our number 1 Holiday activities to do here in Atlanta, and there are a number of reasons why! If you don't know, we are not from Atlanta and have one 1 family member here. We were lucky that my MIL came down to visit and was able to experience they joy of Stone Mountain Christmas with us! See what we did below and enter to WIN a family 4-pack to enjoy Stone Mountain Christmas with your family!

They have several activities to do while you are there, we kicked the night  off with decorating cookies. You can choose from sugar or chocolate chips with a choice of different colored icings and decorative toppings. As you can see, most of the frosting went straight to the mouth.

By the time we were finished with our cookies, it was time to catch the Christmas parade. The Christmas parade has all the characters that you’ll see throughout the night, the cast of the shows and of course, the main couple, Mr and Mrs. Claus. I suggest standing close to Santa’s shop so that you can get right in line to meet the big guy, the line can get long and you don’t want your whole visit to be standing in line waiting. Our visit with him was a good visit. It lasted for a few minutes but wasn’t rushed. He’s a great Santa. He’s both personal and friendly.

Same goes for the Snow Angel, the line for her could be potentially long. She is located inside Memorial Hall, of which there is also a show in the same building. Be sure to pay attention to the start times so that you can plan accordingly.  When visiting the Snow Angel, she will give you some bells to ring at the end of the night.

As far as shows go, we didn’t get a chance to see any as we were busy stuffing our faces with walking S’mores and other goodies (I personally didn’t care for the walking S’more, I think I would have liked it better if the marshmallow was melted more and if it had a little more chocolate). Each live show last about 30-40 minutes. We seen one of the shows last year and were very impressed. I am a little sad we didn’t have time for it this year. Included with the several shows, you can jump on the sing-a-long train too. My son loved the train last year, we didn’t do it this year because it does take a good chunk of time out.

We checked out the 4D movie Rudolph, which last about 20 minutes. It was cute and the kids likes it, with all the surprises from the water spraying you, snow falling and seats moving.

The characters that you’ll see while you are there re Rudolph, Clarice, Bumble and the Gingerbread Man, and you’ll get to have a photo op with each.

Want to know what’s new at Christmas at Stone Mountain? There is a  walk through light display in the Sky Hike area called Skylight Spectacular. It’s adorable, they have blue lights that emulate water in a creek, a projection screen that projects a fire place on it. Great for another photo op with family and friends.

As the night comes to an end, you’ll stick around to see the Snow Angel’s Snowfall Finale!

S/N: The Snow Angel Finale is only on Adventure Pass Days.

The Snow Angel will let you know when to ring those bells. In that moment, you’ll be dusted with snow and the sky with be lit with a great firework finale. It’s a wonderful conclusion to a great night!
